Additional heat with the hot plate GN 1/1

Once you have safely delivered your pre-prepared meals in fresh condition with the help of the thermohauser insulated boxes, the next challenge is how to keep them warm at the buffet. This is no problem with the correct GN 1/1 hot plate in an elegant metallic design.

The GN 1/1 hot plate is very lightweight and slimline, it consists of a highly insulating EPP base plate, which is laminated in a very effective heating foil and covered with a roughly 3 mm thick anodised aluminium sheet. If required, several plates can be lined up right next to each other.

The hot plate is plugged into a suitable socket and heats up to approx. 70 °C within just a few minutes; the temperature is controlled and maintained at a constant level via the thermostatic switch.

What's more, the GN 1/1 hotplate is also ideal for melting chocolate evenly.
