Shipping

We generally send parcels via the logistics company GLS. You can track the progress of your shipment at any time by entering the package number, which is indicated on the invoice. Deliveries are currently possible to addresses in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland.

Please note: We do NOT ship to Packstations.

Shipping within Germany

Shipments up to a goods value of EUR 200.00 (plus VAT) are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of EUR 5.84 (plus VAT).
Above this, shipping will be free of charge.

For shipments to the German islands that are designated special delivery regions by the logistics companies, shipping costs are subject to an additional charge of EUR 12,56 (plus VAT).
These regions are: 18565 (Hiddensee), 25849 (Pellworm), 25859 (Hooge), 25863 (Langeneß), 25869 (Gröde), 25938 (Föhr), 25946 (Amrum), 25980, 25992, 25996, 25997, 25999 (Sylt), 26465 (Langeoog), 26474 (Spiekeroog), 26486 (Wangerooge), 26548 (Norderney), 26571 (Juist), 26579 (Baltrum), 26757 (Borkum), 27498 (Helgoland).

International shipping

Shipments up to a goods value of EUR 200.00 (plus VAT) to countries listed below are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge (see table). Above this, shipping will be free of charge.

Orders to countries that are not listed in the summary

If you wish to submit an order for a country that is not listed here, you will need to enquire specifically about the current shipping costs in each case.

Please complete the full input process including all the required details. Your details will be converted automatically into an order request. As soon as we receive your order request, we will check it and send you information about shipping costs / options.
You will promptly receive a complete quote / pro-forma invoice from us, detailing the shipping costs and your payment options. We are bound by the terms of that offer for 3 days. Please let us know within that period whether you accept the offer and which payment option you are selecting. The subsequent order processing will be done in accordance with our terms and conditions.
